The Randolph County Commission is the executive body of Randolph County operating under guidelines established in the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri. Within that authority the Commission enacts, and conducts hearings on ordinances, resolutions and policies, supervises the activities of county departments, fixes salaries, adopts the annual budget, and provides for construction and other services.

The Commission normally meets each Tuesday and Wednesday at the Randolph County Courthouse (372 Highway JJ)  beginning at 9 a.m. Depending on circumstances, meeting hours will vary. Please see each week’s agenda for hours. The meetings are open to the public and you are invited to attend. If you would like to be placed on the agenda, please contact one of the Commissioners at least two days in advance.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED RANDOLPH COUNTY BUDGET

Notice is hereby given that the Randolph County Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed Randolph County budget, which is now complete and available for inspection, prior to final approval by the County Commission.

Date: Monday, January 26, 2026
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Place: Randolph County Commission Chamber, Randolph County Courthouse Administrative Building, 372 Highway JJ, Huntsville, Missouri.

Copies of the proposed budget document are available for public inspection at the Randolph County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.

All interested citizens are invited to attend and be heard on the proposed budget prior to its consideration for final action by the County Commission.

This notice is provided in accordance with the requirements of Section 50.600, Revised Statutes of Missouri, which requires at least five days’ notice and that the hearing not be held within ten days after the budget document is first made available for public inspection.
